We offer a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial purchase under the following conditions:
- You are entirely unable to set up the service on your device despite receiving assistance from our technical support team.
- The service experiences severe, unresolvable downtime or buffering that our team cannot fix within 48 hours.
- Your internet speed meets our minimum requirements (30 Mbps+) but the service remains unusable.
When Refunds Are NOT Issued
We cannot issue refunds under the following circumstances:
- After 7 days: We do not offer prorated refunds for time unused after the initial 7-day guarantee period has passed.
- Internet Issues: If buffering is caused by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) throttling your connection or insufficient internet speeds.
- Terms Violation: If your account was suspended due to credential sharing, restreaming, or violating our Terms of Service.
- Temporary Outages: Occasional, temporary channel outages or VOD updates are normal in IPTV and do not qualify for a full refund.
- Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind or forget to use the service.
